Parliament has paid tribute to the late Ambassador James Victor Gbeho describing him as a distinguished diplomat, respected parliamentarian and statesman, whose legacy of humility, peace and selfless service will continue to inspire generations.
The tribute followed a statement made on the Floor of the House by the Member of Parliament for Ketu South, Hon. Abla Dzifa Gomashie, who highlighted the late Ambassador Gbeho’s lifelong commitment to peace, dialogue, consensus building and public service in Ghana and across Africa.
The MPs from both Caucuses also recognised his contributions as Member of Parliament for Anlo Constituency and extended their deepest condolences to his family, praying for his eternal rest and describing his service to Ghana, Africa and the international community as an enduring legacy.
