The Intestate Succession and the Property Rights of Spouses Bills were laid before Parliament on Tuesday 14th October, 2008. The Rt. Hon. Ebenezer Sekyi Hughes, the Speaker, referred the two Bills to the Constitutional, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs committee for consideration and report.
